
Glen and his wife, Snuffy,
reside in Longview, Texas. Glen has been cooking since he
was 5 years old. His mother taught him how to cook
on a
wood stove. For years, his family, friends and customers
have enjoyed his exceptionally good BBQ Brisket, Boston
Butt, Ribs,
Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Crawfish Janie,
Chicken Fricasse,
Cochon du Lait (Roasted Pig), Deep Fried &
Smoked Turkeys, Chickens & Cornish Hens, Smoked Boudin,
Jambalaya, Rice Dressing, Cracklins, Chili, Gumbo and many
other dishes with all the trimmings. He was featured
in
1976 in Southern Living Magazine for his Lasagna and
Banana Smasher. His Heads & Tails Cocktail Sauce won an award
in
the 2004 Zesty Best Amateur Food Contest. And
recently, Glen won First Place for his GLEN’S
HEADS & TAILS BAR-B-QUE and COCKTAIL SAUCES at Chile Pepper
Magazine’s Annual Zest Fest 2006 held in Fort Worth, Tx.

Besides catering for the general
public, he was contracted by a large grocery chain to cook
boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp, corn &
potatoes on site at
several of their East Texas and Louisiana stores.
After years of requests
by people for him to make his special blends of seasonings and
sauces, he now has Glen’s Cajun Creole Season-All
